Refund & Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Opened Bottles
Due to the nature of alcohol products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.
Unopened Items
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
